We oblige to collect, package and ship your order in a 3-day term since it has been placed. This term can be extended in case of Risk Department's request for additional information for your order approval. Return and Resend Policy
If you receive defective, non complete or damaged merchandise, you may contact our Customers Service and apply for refund or reshipment. In order of reshipment we oblige to resend the drugs at no charge at all. If you do not receive your parcel on time (24 days for EMS and 31 days for Regular airmail) we will absolutely free reship your order.
The full refund can be issued if you provide us with a reason which is considered to be significant. If you do not satisfied with quality of drugs, the parcel was lost in the post-office etc. please contact our Customer Service and will issue a full refund back to your credit card.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks are not welcome, and all disputes can normally be resolved by contacting Customer Service of www.yourpillsale.com.
